Zain Ul Abidin has played a key role in Saudi Arabia’s bowling attack as their front-line spinner who can also bring his middle order batting to the forefront. His stand out moment in T20I’s came against Bhutan, when he produced a sensational (5/6), a spell that applied the brakes on the opposition batting side. In 51 T20I’s with the bat, he amassed 427 runs, with a highest score of 58. On the other hand, he has also grabbed 53 wickets. With MI Emirates having picked him for season 5 of the ILT20, it marks an important opportunity for the spinner to step up and produce his ‘A game’.
